Welcome to RUSPY. By accessing, registering, uploading artwork, purchasing artwork, funding your account, participating in collaboration campaigns, or using any part of the RUSPY platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

RUSPY operates as an international art and gallery marketplace connecting artists, collectors, buyers, sellers, creators, and global audiences through secure digital marketplace services and promotional collaborations.

If you do not agree with any section of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Section 1 – Platform Integrity & Customer Fund ProtectionRUSPY maintains a strict non-interference policy regarding customer-owned balances, artwork earnings, deposits, sales proceeds, commissions earned, pending payouts, and withdrawal balances.

RUSPY does not:

  • Secretly deduct funds

  • Manipulate balances

  • Remove money from user accounts without authorization

  • Alter completed sale earnings

  • Tamper with customer deposits

  • Access customer funds for internal operational purposes

  • Use customer balances to offset fees or company expenses

All verified artwork earnings remain the property of the seller unless temporary restrictions become necessary due to:

  • Fraud investigations

  • Payment disputes

  • Chargeback investigations

  • Court orders

  • Legal compliance requirements

  • Marketplace abuse

  • Violations of these Terms

1B. Financial Transparency

RUSPY believes in financial transparency between the platform and its users.

Users maintain visibility over:

  • Artwork sales

  • Earnings history

  • Pending balances

  • Completed withdrawals

  • Transaction records

  • Marketplace commissions

  • Purchase activity

The platform does not apply hidden deductions, hidden subscriptions, unauthorized recurring charges, or undisclosed account penalties.

1C. Marketplace Security Monitoring

To protect users, RUSPY may temporarily review suspicious financial activity, including:

  • Unusual withdrawal requests

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Fake purchases

  • Payment abuse

  • Account takeovers

  • Unauthorized payment methods

  • Suspicious high-volume activity

  • Multiple account abuse

During investigations, temporary limitations may apply to protect both buyers and sellers.

Section 2 – KYC Verification & Regulatory Compliance2A. Identity Verification Requirements

RUSPY reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to:

  • Maintain marketplace integrity

  • Prevent fraud

  • Prevent money laundering

  • Reduce financial crime

  • Protect artists and collectors

  • Comply with international regulations

  • Verify marketplace legitimacy

Verification procedures help ensure the platform remains secure for all participants.

2B. High-Value Transaction Reviews

Enhanced verification may be required for:

  • Large transaction activity

  • Commercial-scale artwork sales

  • High-volume trading behavior

  • International payout requests

  • Suspicious marketplace activity

  • Transactions approaching or exceeding regulatory financial thresholds, including transactions near or above $300,000 USD

2C. Verification Documentation

Users may be required to submit:

  • Government-issued identification

  • Passport or driver’s license

  • Proof of address

  • Utility bills

  • Selfie verification

  • Business registration records

  • Proof of payment ownership

  • Source of funds documentation

  • Tax identification information where legally required

Failure to complete verification requests may result in:

  • Delayed payouts

  • Temporary withdrawal restrictions

  • Transaction reviews

  • Marketplace limitations

  • Account suspension in severe cases

2D. Fraud Prevention Monitoring

RUSPY may monitor:

  • IP addresses

  • Login activity

  • Device information

  • Browser sessions

  • Payment behavior

  • Transaction patterns

  • Marketplace activity

  • Account behavior

This monitoring exists solely for fraud prevention, security enforcement, and platform protection.

Section 3 – Collaboration Campaigns & Featured Partnerships3A. Promotional Collaborations

RUSPY may collaborate with:

  • Entertainment companies

  • Influencers

  • Media organizations

  • Public figures

  • Production companies

  • Content creators

  • Celebrity campaigns

  • Promotional partners

This includes campaigns associated with MrBeast and Beast Games productions.

3B. No Guaranteed Purchases

Participation in collaboration campaigns does not guarantee:

  • Artwork purchases

  • Celebrity purchases

  • Promotion

  • Public exposure

  • Sponsorship

  • Social media features

  • Media coverage

  • Endorsements

All purchase decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the buyer.

3C. Marketplace Commission Structure

Where officially stated:

  • Artwork purchased directly through approved collaboration campaigns involving MrBeast or affiliated partners may qualify for a 0% commission structure.

  • Artwork purchased by regular marketplace buyers remains subject to the standard 5% marketplace commission fee.

3D. Campaign Modification Rights

RUSPY reserves the right to:

  • Modify campaigns

  • Pause promotions

  • End collaborations

  • Change eligibility requirements

  • Remove campaign participation

  • Cancel events

  • Restrict promotional access

without prior notice.

Section 4 – Artwork Authenticity & Seller Responsibilities4A. Authenticity Requirement

All artwork uploaded to RUSPY must be:

  • Original

  • Authentic

  • Legally owned

  • Properly represented

  • Accurately described

4B. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Counterfeit artwork

  • Stolen artwork

  • Unauthorized reproductions

  • Fake certificates

  • Fraudulent ownership claims

  • Copyright infringement

  • Misleading descriptions

  • False artist identities

  • Manipulated authenticity records

4C. Verification Rights

RUSPY reserves the right to request:

  • Certificates of authenticity

  • Artist verification

  • Work-in-progress files

  • Ownership proof

  • Sales invoices

  • Licensing documentation

  • Supporting evidence

at any time.

4D. Account Enforcement

Accounts associated with fraudulent activity may be:

  • Suspended

  • Permanently banned

  • Restricted

  • Reported to legal authorities

  • Removed from campaigns

  • Subject to investigation

Section 5 – Buyer Responsibilities5A. Buyer Due Diligence

Buyers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Artwork descriptions

  • Artwork dimensions

  • Authenticity documents

  • Seller details

  • Shipping timelines

  • Material information

  • Pricing details

before completing purchases.

5B. Independent Purchase Decisions

Buyers acknowledge that purchases made through RUSPY are voluntary marketplace decisions.

RUSPY does not guarantee:

  • Investment value

  • Future resale value

  • Profitability

  • Artist popularity

  • Artwork appreciation

5C. Off-Platform Transactions

Transactions conducted outside official RUSPY systems are completed entirely at the users’ own risk.

RUSPY is not responsible for:

  • External payment agreements

  • Private deals

  • Off-platform scams

  • Unverified transfers

  • Unofficial payment requests

Section 6 – Fees, Charges & Payment Policies6A. No Hidden Fees Policy

RUSPY does not charge:

  • Activation fees

  • Verification fees

  • Compliance fees

  • Recharge fees

  • Processing fees

  • Hidden subscriptions

  • Recurring membership charges

for standard marketplace participation.

6B. One-Time External Service Fee

After a seller completes their first successful artwork sale, a one-time external service fee of $620 may be required before certain advanced withdrawal or account features are fully activated.

This fee:

  • Is charged only once

  • Is not recurring

  • Is not a subscription

  • Must be completed externally

  • Cannot be deducted from artwork earnings

  • Cannot be removed from deposits

  • Cannot be automatically taken from customer balances

  • Must follow officially approved payment instructions

6C. Non-Deduction Policy

Because RUSPY maintains a strict customer fund protection policy, the platform cannot:

  • Remove fees directly from artwork sales

  • Deduct fees from wallet balances

  • Automatically subtract charges from deposits

  • Use pending sales proceeds to settle external obligations

Users are solely responsible for completing required external payments through approved instructions.

6D. Third-Party Charges

Users may still incur independent charges imposed by:

  • Banks

  • Blockchain networks

  • Customs agencies

  • Shipping providers

  • Currency conversion providers

  • Payment gateways

  • Tax authorities

These external charges are outside the control of RUSPY.

Section 7 – Shipping, Delivery & Damage7A. Seller Shipping Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Secure packaging

  • Accurate shipment preparation

  • Correct addresses

  • Tracking information

  • Delivery coordination

7B. Shipping Risks

RUSPY is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs holds

  • Lost packages

  • Theft during delivery

  • Weather damage

  • Carrier mishandling

  • International shipment complications

7C. Damage Claims

Buyers and sellers agree to cooperate during disputes by providing:

  • Shipment evidence

  • Tracking information

  • Photos

  • Insurance claims

  • Delivery records

Section 8 – Privacy & Data Protection

RUSPY may collect:

  • Account information

  • Device information

  • Verification records

  • Usage statistics

  • Transaction history

  • Marketplace activity

for:

  • Security purposes

  • Fraud prevention

  • Compliance monitoring

  • Platform improvements

User data may be shared with:

  • Payment providers

  • Compliance partners

  • Fraud prevention services

  • Legal authorities where required by law

RUSPY does not sell private customer financial data to unrelated third parties.

Section 9 – Limitation of Liability

RUSPY does not guarantee:

  • Artwork sales

  • Celebrity purchases

  • Featured placement

  • Media exposure

  • Investment returns

  • Social media promotion

  • Future artwork valuation

  • Marketplace profitability

Users participate on the platform entirely at their own risk.

RUSPY shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Failed transactions

  • Third-party disputes

  • Shipping damage

  • Payment gateway failures

  • Delivery complications

  • External service interruptions

  • Fraud conducted outside platform systems
